R.E.A.C.T. 
Our 2004 Keller Williams Ahwatukee Foothills Charity Committee is excited to announce what we think will be a fantastic program that will position us for years of giving to those not as fortunate as ourselves!
This ongoing program will be called R.E.A.C.T. - Real Estate Agents Caring Together. The program has been designed for a maximum participation by local Realtors, with a mind towards ease of administration. We know that it will be supported generously by the Realtor community. The program is yard-sign-rider based. Participating Realtors pledge to contribute a specific amount per transaction and in turn, place the distinctive R.E.A.C.T. rider on their yard signs to exhibit their participation as well as to promote the cause. Keller Williams Realtors will initially kick-off - R.E.A.C.T., but ultimately it may be opened up to all realty companies in the area that wish to participate.
Each year a charity (or charities) will be selected to be the recipients of the funds raised through the year. The charities will be paid on an equal basis at the end of the 12 month period.
This is an exciting and painless way to help others that haven't been as blessed and fortunate as we all have been.
